Looking for Intermediate level people interested in:
a) Running (you should be able to AVERAGE AT LEAST a 9 min/mile pace for the "easy" run workouts), or
b) Biking (**prerequisite to ride w/ us: go 20 miles in the hills, look at your bike computer when done: it should read AT LEAST 14+ mph average for the easiest ride !) -need Speed? see Coach Chris- or
c) Swimming or
d) Lifting or
e) All / any combination of the above & some other stuff : )
