Meeting Description
Who
- Anyone who has been running for a while and is interested in getting stronger / faster / leaner (good for any sport, life...). **This is a difficult work-out: you must have a good cardio base before attempting + permission from your doctor, mom....
Why
- Though difficult, this is the easiest of the Interval Run workouts. And as always, it's more fun to suffer together - the pay-off is high ! !

Details
For this Thursday, I plan to warm-up from my house to the Austin High track (about 1 1/2 miles),
then stride the straights / jog the curves for 2-4 laps;
then continue jog to the footbridge and do at least one set of step-lunges (pylon to pylon);
then continue to base of hill leading to home-base and run the hill (repeat as needed); walk the last block - stretch and cool-down
come early if you can!
